All orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours. Sunday-Thursday. Any orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed and fulfilled on the next working business day.
If you need your order faster than regular USPS Priority Mail or need an order shipped internationally, please call us at 740-264-2450 (select option 2) or email us at dph@dphcustompins.com and we will process your order over the phone to ensure that we meet your delivery date and time.
DPH Pins will ship your order the fastest most economical way possible. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days depending on delivery location and method of shipment.
Orders are automatically processed once you hit the submit button. If you need to cancel your order after it has been submitted, please call DPH 740-264-2450 (select option 2) immediately. If it is after business hours, please leave a message and DPH Pins will return your call. All orders are usually filled the same day if they are placed by 12pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging in the same condition as when it was received. There is no restocking fee. Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Customer is responsible for return shipping cost on items that are not defective. DPH will send a shipping label for merchandise that is defective or incorrect. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item.
